As our first hire dedicated to this area, you’ll have the opportunity to build the foundational campaign processes, operating rhythms, and growth levers that shape how n8n generates pipeline. Your work will be highly visible across Marketing and Sales, and you’ll have the autonomy to create, measure, and continuously improve campaigns that directly influence our revenue growth. You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a stage where your ideas can quickly become the way we work. Your college doesn't matter.
Your skills do.

We built CareersDekho to level the playing field. No matter where you studied, we connect you directly to companies that care about what you can build — not where you came from.

We ignore your college. We read your resume.

IIT, NIT, tier-3, or self-taught — it makes zero difference here. Our matching engine looks at your actual skills, past projects, and work experience. Companies on our platform hire based on capability, not credibility signaling.

You apply directly. No middlemen.

Every listing on CareersDekho links straight to the company's hiring portal — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby. No recruiters taking a cut. No agencies reposting stale openings. Just you and the employer, the moment the role opens.

Built exclusively for India.

We don't just copy global job boards. Every role is verified for IST timezone compatibility, India work eligibility, and realistic compensation in rupees. No 'US applicants only' fine print. No ghost listings. We check everything so you don't waste a single click.

Whether you're a fresher from a small town or a seasoned engineer in Bangalore — if you have the skills, we have the opportunities.
