Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email, mobile number if added, login/session metadata, plan state, profile preferences, saved jobs, saved searches, applications, support messages, referral activity, payments, and resumes you choose to upload or generate.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, personalize job ranking, power alerts, provide support, process billing/referrals, improve data quality, and protect the service from abuse.
Resumes and uploads
Saved resumes may be stored in our configured storage. Temporary uploads used only for Resume Analyzer are processed for that request and are not saved to the resume bucket by that analyzer flow.
Third-party services
We use service providers such as Azure, Cloudflare R2, Razorpay, Google OAuth, and email providers to operate the product. These providers process data only as needed for the product workflow.
Cookies and sessions
We use secure cookies for login sessions and may use referral cookies or visitor keys to attribute referral signups.
Data retention
We keep account and product data while your account is active or as needed for legal, billing, security, and operational reasons. You can contact support for account or data requests.
Security
We use httpOnly session cookies, hashed passwords, role checks, audit logs, and scoped access controls. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
